Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pocket Print! We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
We proudly offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. 
* Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs delays, holidays, or postal service backlogs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pocket Print is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support immediately at biruk6425@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
